In the case of damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately and we will replace the items at no cost to you.  All full returns must be pre-approved by It's All In the Box and "box" credit will be issued once the box is returned.

If you need to cancel your order, cancellation notice must be received within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
